Join us for Bernheim’s annual celebration of fall at ColorFest on Saturday, November 4 and Sunday, November 5, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily.
Immerse yourself in the spectacular array of color that fills Bernheim’s landscape with two days of family fun in nature. Enjoy crowd–favorite activities like the corn pit, mud pie kitchen, pumpkin rolling and more, while also experiencing new activities that highlight ways fall color is celebrated throughout the world.
Other highlights of Bernheim’s longest running festival also includes live music, hands-on nature activities, delicious local food and drink, and regional art and craft vendors.

At the end of September each year, Madison’s National Landmark Historic District welcomes thousands of visitors during the two-day Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art. Come and experience Southern Indiana’s premier outdoor juried arts & crafts festival featuring approximately 175 exhibitors. This festival is free to the public and designed for the whole family to enjoy, although pets do need to remain home.
In addition to the fine artists and craftsmen showcasing their handmade work, the festival features continuous live entertainment, a riverfront food fest, kid’s activities, and an entertainment garden with local craft beer and wine available.
Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art is a non-profit organization operating under the umbrella of Visit Madison, Inc. For the last 50 years, a committee of volunteers and coordinators have worked hard to ensure this festival has something for everyone. Along with them, hundreds of volunteers, City of Madison employees and the Mayor of Madison work together to make the entire Chautauqua weekend a success.
Monarch Festival Mountfest
The Monarch Festival at MountFest is a FREE event (with a $10 suggested donation for parking) featuring the region’s most talented artists, an immersive butterfly experience, mouth-watering food trucks, beer & wine garden, children’s activities and bouncy houses, and music all placed in one of Louisville/Southern Indiana’s most picturesque venues, Mount Saint Francis.

We’re super-excited to return to Logan Street Market for Black Friday weekend, aka the biggest shopping weekend of the year! We will be creating a pop up market inside the LSM building, around LSM on the street, and in the brand new event space which is a half block down Kentucky Street.
We’ll have very limited indoor space, while the outdoor portion of the event will feature warm drinks, overhead heaters, and heated restrooms. We expect HUGE numbers of patrons for this event.

ColorFest is two days of affordable family fun surrounded by the spectacular beauty of fall at Bernheim. We can’t wait to welcome families back to enjoy crowd favorite activities like the corn pit, mud pie kitchen, pumpkin rolling, slingshot, nature games, and giant slides.
NEW this year, Bernheim will be selling beer and wine.
